1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Onyx Reelz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Onyx Reelz is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate, edit, and publish short-form video content to social media platforms. Features include AI video generation, text-to-speech, avatar videos, and scheduled publishing.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• AI credits are consumed when generating video, audio, or AI-powered content. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Onyx Reelz to:

• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate deepfakes or synthetic media of real people without their explicit consent
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Upload malware or malicious content

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you upload. You grant Onyx Reelz a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your creations.

AI-generated outputs are provided to you for use subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Kling AI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

7. Social Media Publishing

When you connect a social platform, you authorise Onyx Reelz to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published to your accounts. We are not liable for platform policy violations, account suspensions, or any consequences of your published content.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, AI provider outages, and other factors may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You use AI outputs at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx Reelz's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
